  • Waiting for two refunds for almost a year

    I have placed two orders with Julia's Bra Shop in the last year (Order # JBS_0013409-337 for $51.47 and Receipt # 4855-5520-5298 for $63.46).I have made numerous calls and sent many emails to their customer service department and I have yet to see a refund. The last time I talked to someone I was told that a different department took care of refunds and my information would be forwarded to them, but I still haven't seen a refund nor can I get a name or contact # to talk to whoever I need to regarding this issue.   • Don't by from Julia's bra shop; terrible customer service!!

    I ordered two items at the end of February called in a week later to change my order and was told that canceling the current order and putting in a new order would be better. So I did actually ordered an additional item (3 total). In early April, I received my 1st order. I never received my 2nd order and was never contacted about any items being out of stock.     In January I ordered 2 bras from this company. To date I have never received the merchandise and my Paypal account was charged as of Jan.31. I have contacted the company repeatedly via phone and email to get this cleared up and have never been able to connect with anyone nor have my calls and requests been returned.   • Why is the company still in business????

    I ordered 2 bras in Jan. 2010. Never received so kept calling back and they said was on backorder. It may come in Wed. or Fri. This went on and on and they kept saying the same thing. They debited my account for the money. I finally called and canceled the order. I was supposed to get the money refunded within 10 days. Never received.     This company should be prosecuted. They are completely dishonest. I ordered merchandise on 2/26/10 Money was withdrawn from my acct 3/2/10 Merchandise has not been received. Couldn't contact them through e-mail or phone until today (3/24/10) Debbie "the customer service rep" was less than helpful. She refused to give out any information about the company.     DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I purchased bras for $41.97 over 3 months ago but did not receive them so I asked for a refund. Julia's cut off all communication and would not refund my money! I paid through Paypal so I filed a complaint but all they got me was $6.21 refund out of my $41.97 I paid to Julia's. The most HORRIBLE experience I have ever had with online shopping!!     Ordered 2 Bali bras 1/21/10 (order#: JBS-0012248-832); Pay Pal charged by credit card 1/25/10 and I have not received merchandise. Wrote emails to Julia's Bras 3 times, 3rd one today 2/23/10 and I received no response to any. I want an answer as to why they have my funds and I do not have the merchandise. This is poor business and unprofessional, specially ignoring customers.     I placed an order Jan 23, 2010 and one month later I still have not received my items. Sent them 2 email messages on their customer service site, left 2 messages on their customer service phone, sent two emails to the person who acknowledged they received my funds from paypal. No response has been given. Hopefully paypal can assist with these people. It was an expensive lesson. The web site still advertises a 3 day only sale and it has been over a month.   • Takes your money but doesn't deliver the goods

    I placed an order Jan 23, 2010 and they received the money, but 2 emails to their customer service line, 2 emails submitted to customer service and 2 emails to the person who confirmed they received my funds through paypal and not once has any one responded to me.     Have ordered before - and the service was slow - but eventually received the items. This time - lots of promises - but no delivery. I e-mailed and phoned - no response. It was past 45 days - so no pay-pal coverage. Finally got through on the phone!!! Spoke with Gretchen - although it took a long time we eventually discovered that nothing had or was going to be shipped - and surprise!! no refund yet either!!     I ordered bras on 1/13/10 for $155.00 By 2/3 I hadn't received them and called customer service, no response, the next day emailed company, no response. I saw the complaints on the internet and fortunately I had paid via paypal so on 2/5 I filed a claim with them.   • Careful!!! - BAD CHOICE

    Placed an order on 10-8-09. Have requested a ship date & tracking # several times. As of 10-27-09 - they STILL had no tracking #, or ship date, nor was the order in progress after 20 days (13 of their business days & they promised to ship within 10-12 business days).     Hi, I ordered 2 items from Julia's Bra shop in August 2009, before I had read these reviews, and was worried that I'd get ripped off again. (I was previously a victim of another internet scam company from North Carolina!). Fortunately, I have good news to report.     I ordered several bras from them, but they were too large, so I called the merchant to get their instructions for returning (exchanging) the merchandise. I followed their instructions to the letter, but several weeks went by and no replacement.     I returned 2 bras (kept 2). They were returned May 13, 2009 at a cost of $3.04. The 4 bras were paid for through PayPal service. As of July 17 I have not received my refund of $32.98. This is the total for merchandise only. Julia received $72.95 which included $6.99 S/H. I expected a refund of $32.98 for the 2 bras only. $72.95 + $3.04 (cost of return shipping) is pretty expensive for TWO (2) bras. Merchandise is fine, customer service STINKS, Julie! More...

    I ordered 2 bras from Julia's Bra Shop on the 4th of June 2009. I received them today July 10th. There was no comunication from them even though I e-mailed them 3 times and phoned once. I had no idea if I had been ripped off or not. I am happy to say that I have the bras, they are exactly what I ordered and I am very satisfied with them.     I ordered 3 items from this "merchant". After 5 weeks they sent 2 of them with a note saying the third item {the most expensive one of course) would be shipped later. Well 9 weeks later and dozens of emails,phone calls...no response EVER from this con artists. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered because there are a lot of other people who have had the same thing happen to them.     Do not order from Julia's Bra shop. I ordered 4 items from them. It took 21 days to receive part of my order after filing a claim with paypal. They then shipped the other part and sent the wrong items. You will never get anyone on the phone and you will never receive an answer to an email. They are terrible. Paypal will only do so much. They told me that they cannot really investigate what you order verses what you receive from them because they cannot access their website in that way. More...

I ordered from JULIA's BRA SHOP on June 12 and now it is July 15. I have not received anything. After dozens of phone calls and emails I got ahold of someone so I cancelled my order. We'll see if anything comes of this. Yesterday I reported them to the BBB. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM JULIA'S BRA SHOP! The company is a fraud!!!!

Wow! I wish I would have read these reviews before hand. I purchased two items from Julia's on June 2nd. Received one item, two weeks later and never received the second item. Today is July 15th and I have called more that ten times and emailed more than eight since my purchase with no responses. They are the reason why people feel uncomfortable purchasing things on the internet!

I wish that I had read the reviews before placing an order with Julia's Bra Shop. I placed an Order June 7, 2009, and it is now July 7 and still no merchandise. Try contacting them with email and phone calls, but so far have had no response. Do not purchase from this vendor!!

Julia's Bra Shop should be renamed to Julia's Rip Off Shop. That's all they are. I have tried since March 10th to get my order, and so far I've been unsuccessful. I talked to Shannon March 25th and April 8th. I spoke with Letisha April 14th and 20th and May 2nd and 4th. Everytime I got a promise that I would probably receive my order by Friday. Now it's May 12th, and Friday hasn't gotten here yet! PLEASE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JULIA'S UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY. How I wish I would have read the internet before ordering from this bunch of clowns. If you do order from them, don't say you weren't warned.
